BVF - FAQ
Before you contact us please have a look at the below FAQs which may help answer your questions.
- How much are tickets?
Please see our ticket page where there is a full list of all ticket types and prices.
- What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 12 noon Friday 9th June.
- Can I bring my own drinks/food?
Yes - BUT STRICTLY NO GLASS ON SITE
- Can I bring my dog?
Yes - dogs are welcome at Bristol Volksfest. But they MUST be well behaved, kept on a lead in public areas and cleaned up after.
- Where is the show site for Bristol Volksfest?
We have a new venue for 2017 - Birches Farm, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS41 9AG
Please note this is the closest postcode for the site entrance on Wild Country Lane. Do not use the main entrance to Birches farm. This address is not our postal address.
- What are the on site facilities?
The site is a grass fields farm site. For the event we will be bringing in portable toilets, wash stations and *showers. There are also water points (drinking water) in each of the camping fields and trade arena.
- Disabled access and facilities.
Please contact us for full details on disabled access, facilities and entry for carers. Alternatively click here for the info.
Please also be aware that the new site is on a farm with no hard standing/concrete areas. The grounds are very flat but there may be some areas where the terrain is either a bit rough or bumpy.
There is no electric available.
- What is the theme for Bristol Volksfest 25?
The fancy dress theme is Vaudeville / Circus
- What entertainment can we expect?
The closer we get to BVF the more we can confirm and add to the roster in terms of content and band announcements. For a current list of entertainment visit our What's On page (coming soon).
