FAQ

  •  I can’t find my tickets:
    - If you booked but you can’t find them please check your junk mail folder.

    - If you have had your tickets rolled over and are wondering when you will receive them then please follow the below process to find your tickets: 

    Our current ticket providers are called Nu Tickets. We have automatically set you up with a NuTickets account to access your tickets. All you need to do is login to this account with the email address you purchased tickets with. To do this please follow this link - https://bristolvolksfest.nuwebgroup.com/

    Press login on the top right menu bar.

    Enter your email address and then press - “forgotten password” and reset your password like you would any other account you have set up in the past. 

    If you still can’t locate them please email sales@bristolvolksfest.co.uk

  • Where is the show site for Bristol Volksfest?
    Birches Farm, Long Ashton, Bristol, BS48 3RN. For maps and more details please see our website. Please note this postcode will get you close to the site, but is not always accurate depending on which app/sat nav you’re using.

  • Disabled access and facilities?

    We have reserved disabled parking and camping areas (disabled camping must be booked in advance). Please be aware that the site is on a farm with no hard standing / concrete areas. The grounds are very flat but there may be a few areas where the terrain is a bit rough or bumpy and the terrain can be particularly challenging when wetMobility scooters are permitted. For more info please click here.

  • Camping Entry Times:
    Friday 10:00 - 22:00
    Saturday 10:00 - 20:00
    It will not be possible to drive into the campsite outside of these times. If you are late arriving there is a small holding area you can camp in for the night and then move into the main campsite in the morning.

  • Day Visitors
    We welcome day visitors on Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can book tickets online or pay on the gate.

  • Show & Shine
    Registration for the Show & Shine needs to be booked in advance. You can do this through the website.

  • Cars for sale?️
    There is a car’s for sale area in the car park, which is open on Saturday and Sunday. If you’d like to enter your car there is no need to pre-book, you can just rock up and park up on the day. There is a £5 fee per day, which is collected to raise funds for a local charity.

  • Can I bring my dog?
    Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead, cleaned up after and under the supervision of an adult. Don’t forget we have a Charity dog show on Saturday, which is open to any of you bringing your dog to the show. All funds raised go to Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary

  • Can I bring my own drinks & food? 

    Weekend campers: YES
    You can bring your own food and drink supplies with you.
    Day Visitors: NO
    You can bring food and soft drinks onsite with you but you are not permitted to bring alcohol.

    Please note - STRICTLY NO GLASS ON SITE

  • Traffic:
    If you choose to arrive and/or leave at peak times during the show please be prepared for higher than normal volumes of traffic and queuing times. Please follow the signs and directions given by our traffic officers and avoid unnecessary movement of vehicles onsite.

  • I’m onsite and I’ve run out of cash:
    There is no cash machine onsite but the bars and onsite shop offer cash back. You can also pick up most of your camping supplies from the shop, so there’ll be no need to pop out to the shops if you’ve forgotten anything.

  • What entertainment can we expect?
    All the information you need can be found on our website. You can also pick up a full programme of events at the show.

  • What are the onsite facilities? 

    The site is a grass field farm site. For the event we will be bringing in toilet blocks and portable toilets, wash stations and *showers (*chargeable). There are also water points for drinking water in the camping fields.
