There are six different types of camping for you to choose from. Please take note of the below and make sure you select the type of camping you, your family & friends want.
Thursday night camping!
For an extra £10 per adult you can extend your stay with us and camp over on Thursday night. Gate entry times for Thursday night camping are between 12pm (midday) & 8pm.
New for 2019:
- More fields. The farmers have kindly given us permission to use another field for camping.
- Upgraded toilet facilities.
- More water points for campers.
- Tickets for weekend camping will only be available in advance.
- VIP camping experience - more info coming soon.
- More entertainment on Sunday
There are shower and washing facilities onsite. *Showers are available at a small fee.
In each of the camping fields there are proper flushing toilet blocks with lighting, sinks and mirrors. There are additional portable toilets around the campsites and trade area too.
Elsan Points are available for those bringing caravans or motorhomes. For your nearest point ask a camping steward when you arrive.
There are now even more water points in the camping areas as well as one in the trade arena - supplying cold, fresh drinking water.
It is essential that you book a pitch pass along with the adult/child tickets you need for the weekend. This is really important as it helps us to effectively calculate the amount of space available on site.
Pitch sizes are approximately 6x7m. This is enough space for a van and large awning/tent/caravan. If you are not bringing a large awning/tent/caravan you can bring a maximum of two vehicles. If you are bringing two vehicles you MUST arrive together. If you cannot arrive together the second car will be asked to park in the car park. This is to ensure we know how many vehicles are in the campsite in line with local authority guidelines. Please note that we do not mark out individual pitches in general and family camping fields. Camping stewards will be on hand to guide you into a space, please be considerate of our pitch size guidelines and do not unnecessarily take up more room than you need.
Caravans, Motorhomes (non VW) and Large Trailer Tents.
If you are bringing a caravan, motorhome (non VW) or large trailer tent you need to order a pass for it along with your weekend tickets.
Please note ~ If you have a Volkswagen Coach Built Motorhome, Gypsie, Crafter, Transporter Van (anything VW) you DO NOT need to purchase the additional Motorhome Pass.
We have a large area set aside for the ever popular Family Camping. Due to the high demand for this type of camping it does need to be booked well in advance.
The family camping area is situated further away from the event to ensure you can escape the hustle and bustle to some peace and quiet. The music curfew in this area of the campsite is strictly 10pm.
If you enjoy later nights and you don't mind the noise please do not book into family camping - we recommend you book general camping.
Come one, come all - no specific camping requirements? Happy to just go with the flow then this is the type of camping for you. Just rock up and find some space for you and your friends. Please note tickets are not available on the gate this year (with the exception of any extra passengers) so you will need to book your spot in advance.
This is available to clubs that pre-book 10 vehicles or more. For more information on club camping and club tickets please go to the 'CLUBS' page
